根据矿用轴流通风机叶片表面特征规划测量路径,应用三坐标测量机对其表面进行测量,获取了风机叶片表面点云数据;根据给定误差下的最小二乘非均匀B样条拟合点云数据得到了风机叶片的截面曲线,在截面曲线上通过二次采样完成点云数据精简。最后基于非均匀有理B样条理论,运用MATLAB软件编程,实现了风机叶片的三维模型重构,这为矿用轴流通风机叶片的实物造型和再设计奠定了基础。
