寿县人民政府过去对处理人民来信和接见人民工作不够重视,经本府从六安专员公署数次检查督促,已有很大的转变与改进,一般已能做到认真、负责、及时的处理,对上级所交办的案件,亦能做到及时答复与报告,这种转变是很好的,这与领导重视,尤其是与六安专员公署抓紧督促、检查分不开的。现六安专员公署已将寿县人民政府的转变情况进行了总结,兹将该项总结报告抄附,通报各地,希各地进行研究,结合中心工作与本单位的具体情况,组织力量,对处理人民来信和接见人民工作进行重点检查,以便更广泛地听取人民的意见和更有效地加强人民政府与人民群众的密切联系。并对报告中所提存在问题,提出如下意见:一、处理人民来信工作与中心工作不能对立起来看待,可以结合中心工作进行调查处理的。比较重大者,仍应由县以上机关组织人员进行查处;一般案件,需要转区人民政府处理者,如区干部分头下乡突击工作时,亦应视案情之轻重缓急适当结合调查处理,或督促乡进行处理。
