解放军第153医院的尹曦华同志怀着对部队官兵深深的爱,以增强军人身心健康、保障部队军事训练和生活安全、谋打赢为己任,根据自己在部队积累的二十多年的医疗、预防、保健工作经验,编写了100余首《军人保健诗歌》。在医院领导的大力支持下,他把《军人保健诗歌》依据不同服务对象组合分类、编辑成册,送至部队、机关、干休所,深受欢迎。军人保健诗歌,读来朗朗上口,易懂、易记、易用,具有较强的科学性、实用性和趣味性, 是一种为部队官兵所喜闻乐见、易于掌握和运用的、快捷高效的服务方法与形式。它既是传播军队卫生防病保健科学知识的“轻骑兵”,又是部队官兵学习和运用自我保健知识的“快译通”。本刊选编发表尹曦华同志的《军人保健诗歌》,企盼它能为增进全军官兵的健康水平、提高部队战斗力发挥更大的作用。
