提出采用大口径、浅褶皱和短周期分段式慢波结构作为高功率毫米波绕射辐射振荡器的高频系统。采用通用理论对器件的色散特性进行了分析,用PIC方法对整体器件进行了模拟。在此基础上,开展了实验研究工作,测试了器件输出微波功率和频率。初步实验结果与理论分析和PIC模拟结果的趋势基本吻合。
A high-frequency system using high-power millimeter-wave diffraction radiation oscillator with large-aperture, shallow-fold and short-period segmented slow-wave structure is proposed. The general theory is used to analyze the dispersion characteristics of the device, and the PIC device is used to simulate the whole device. On this basis, the experimental research work carried out to test the device output microwave power and frequency. The preliminary experimental results are in good agreement with the trend of theoretical analysis and PIC simulation results.
