“煤矿质量标准化”工作,是指原煤炭工业部(87)煤生字第1号文决定在全国统配煤矿开展“质量标准化、安全创水平”活动的具体内容,在井工开采中,又惯称为“矿井质量标准化”。它是原煤炭部总结了山东省肥城矿务局的经验,通过1986年9月肥城会议向全国推行的。
