时下,一年一度的评优工作已结束,笔者在基层区队了解到,企业一线的职工对一年一度的评优工作有“四盼”。 一盼评优名额能多给一线。一线职工工作苦、累、脏、险,且人数最多,在一线职工中多评出一些优秀、合格的先进人物,树立职工身边的模范,有益于激发职工的比、学、赶、超精神。 二盼领导在评优工作中尊重班组职工的民主权利,不要搞论资排辈或照顾情绪式的评比。因为究竟谁贡献大,谁成绩小,只有班组职工才最有发言权。
Nowadays, the annual appraisal work is over. The author learned from the grassroots team that the employees of the company’s frontline have “four expectations” for the annual appraisal. I hope I can give more credit to the first place. The front-line workers are working hard, tired, dirty, and in danger, and the largest number of them. Many outstanding and qualified advanced figures are selected among the front-line workers, and setting up a model around the employees is beneficial to inspiring the spirit of comparison, learning, rushing and super. In the appraisal work, the two-pronged leaders respect the democratic rights of the staff of the team and do not engage in seniority assessments or take care of emotions. Because only those who contribute greatly and who have small results, only the employees of the team have the most say.
