目的:探讨糖皮质激素对哮喘患儿IL-12,IL-13和IgE水平的影响,从而进一步探讨IL-12,IL-13和IgE在哮喘发病机制中的可能作用。方法:选择我院2008年1月-2010年2月支气管哮喘患儿64例作为研究对象,全部患儿随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例,并随机选择健康体检患儿28例作为正常对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测分别检测三组患者的IL-12,IL-13和IgE的表达水平。结果:哮喘急性发作组的IL-12的表达水平明显低于激素治疗组及正常对照组,哮喘急性发作组的IL-13及IgE的表达水平的均明显高于激素治疗组及正常对照组,经统计学分析,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。根据病情严重程度情况果发现,IL-13、IgE水平随着疾病程度的加重,其表达水平也呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.05),而IL-12的表达水平随着疾病程度的变化而逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素的治疗作用可能抑制与哮喘有关细胞因子的产生,部分纠正IL-12/IL-13的不平衡,从而达到治疗的目的。
Objective: To investigate the effects of glucocorticoids on the levels of IL-12, IL-13 and IgE in asthmatic children and to explore the possible role of IL-12, IL-13 and IgE in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods: Sixty-four children with bronchial asthma were selected from January 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital. All children were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases), and 28 children In normal control group, the expression of IL-12, IL-13 and IgE in three groups were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The expression level of IL-12 in acute asthma attack group was significantly lower than that in hormone therapy group and normal control group. The levels of IL-13 and IgE in acute asthma attack group were significantly higher than those in hormone therapy group and normal control group The statistical analysis, the difference was significant (P <0.05). According to the severity of the situation found, IL-13, IgE levels increased with the severity of the disease, the expression level also showed a gradual upward trend (P <0.05), while the level of IL-12 expression with the degree of disease gradually Decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of glucocorticoids may inhibit the production of cytokines related to asthma and partially correct the imbalance of IL-12 / IL-13, so as to achieve the goal of treatment.
