应用永磁传动原理和绝对密封技术设计出新型全封闭液化石油气泵 ,彻底解决了常规泵的泄漏及密封件更换频繁等问题。简述了泵的工作原理、传动与密封原理 ;对径向力的平衡、滑片安放角的确定、磁传动安全等设计问题做了讨论。泵的进出口呈直角 ,入口在上 ,出口在侧面 ,封油区偏置 4 5°布置 ,可达到径向力的部分平衡 ,减轻滑动轴承的径向载荷 ;滑片后倾安装5 7~ 11 3°可减小摩擦阻力 ;取消了易损密封件 ,实现了全封闭无泄漏 ,从而避免介质气化。新型泵除灌装液化石油气外 ,还可输送液态烃、液氨、丙烯等挥发性液体及石油产品
