借鉴了花博会和2010北京郁金香文化节的办会经验,又历经了近一年的悉心筹备后,9月24日,以“绿色北京,让美好走进生活”、“赏美丽金菊,享幸福人生”为主题的第二届北京菊花文化节在北京国际鲜花港开幕。北京市人大常委会副主任赵凤山、副市长夏占义等领导出席开幕式,并为获得“北京菊艺大师”、“北京菊艺师”称号的菊艺师颁奖。
Drawing on the experiences of the Flower Expo and the 2010 Beijing Tulip Festival, and after nearly a year of careful preparation, on September 24, with “Green Beijing, Let the Beauty Into Life”, “Beautiful” Jinju, enjoy a happy life “as the theme of the second Beijing Chrysanthemum Cultural Festival opened in Beijing International Flower Port. Zhao Fengshan, deputy director of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, Xia Zhanyi, vice mayor and other leaders attended the opening ceremony and presented the award for ”Chrysanthemum Artists“ named ”Beijing Chrysanthemum Master“ and ”Beijing Chrysanthemum Division".
