针对舰船电力系统应用的重要性,提出了分布式监控形式的解决方案。在论述舰船电力系统的组成基础上,提出了分布式监控系统的体系结构、系统的配置和实现、系统监控和数据采集的功能和特点。实际的运行证明系统达到了对所管理的发电机组、配电装置、输电装置以及用电负载进行分布式监视、控制和测量,实现了自动地实时监测舰船电力系统各设备运行参数和运行状态,对各种瞬间发生的电气事故自动产生安全保护动作,对设备运行数据采集、存储和统计处理,综合提高了舰船电力系统的自动化监控技术水平。
In view of the importance of the ship power system application, a solution of distributed monitoring is proposed. On the basis of discussing the composition of naval power system, this paper proposes the functions and characteristics of the architecture of distributed monitoring system, the configuration and realization of the system, the system monitoring and data acquisition. The actual operation proves that the system achieves the distributed monitoring, control and measurement on the managed generator sets, power distribution units, power transmission units and electricity loads, and realizes the automatic real-time monitoring of the operational parameters and operating status of each equipment of the ship power system , It automatically generates safety protection actions for all kinds of electrical accidents that occur in an instant and collects, stores and statistically processes equipment operation data to comprehensively improve the automation monitoring and control technology of the ship’s power system.
