孕期营养干预对高龄二胎孕产妇妊娠结局及并发症的影响

目的分析孕期营养干预对高龄二胎孕产妇妊娠结局及并发症的影响。方法 76例高龄二胎孕产妇,采取数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采取常规孕期护理,观察组给予孕期营养干预,比较两组妊娠结局及并发症。结果观察组孕产妇早产、巨大儿、新生儿窒率、低体重儿、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组宫内生长受限发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.347,P>0.05)。结论孕期营养干预可改善高龄二胎孕产妇的妊娠结局,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on the pregnant outcome and complications of second-term pregnant women. Methods Seventy-six pregnant women with two gestational age were divided into control group and observation group by digital random method, with 38 cases in each. Control group to take regular pregnancy care, observation group were given nutritional intervention during pregnancy, pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the incidence of maternal preterm birth, giant macrosomia, neonatal malaria, low birth weight, gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of intrauterine growth restriction (χ ~ 2 = 0.347, P> 0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention during pregnancy can improve pregnant outcome of second-trimester pregnant women and reduce the incidence of complications.
