在对我国高职院校装潢艺术设计专业人才培养模式现状剖析的基础上,运用“艺工结合”的方式从人才培养定位、改革思路、构建原则(岗位能力决定原则、艺术素养引领原则、工程技术支撑原则)、构建内容(课程体系、知识结构、能力结构)等方面探讨了高职院校装潢艺术设计专业应用创新型人才培养模式。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of personnel training mode of decorating art design in higher vocational colleges in our country, this paper uses the method of “art combined with art” to analyze the position of personnel training, the reform ideas and the principle of building , Engineering and technical support principles), construction content (curriculum system, knowledge structure, ability structure) and other aspects of the vocational college decorating art design professional application of innovative personnel training mode.
