目前,我国正围绕社会主义市场经济体制的建立,加快经济改革步伐。如何在这种新形势下更好地发挥产业政策对资源配置和经济发展的作用,是一个有待深入研究和解决的问题。为此,1993年3月中国社会科学院工业经济研究所工业发展室召开了“市场经济条件下的产业结构调整与产业政策问题”研讨会。国家统计局、机电部、冶金部、轻工部、纺织部、铁道部、化工部、船舶总公司、中汽总公司及北京市计委等单位的有关同志参加了研讨会。现刊登部分同志的发言摘要,以期促进对这一问题的深入研究。
At present, our country is revolving around the establishment of a socialist market economic system and accelerating the pace of economic reform. How to give better play to the role of industrial policies in resource allocation and economic development under such a new situation is an issue that needs further study and resolution. To this end, in March 1993, the Industrial Development Institute of the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences held a seminar on “Industrial Structure Adjustment and Industrial Policy Issues under Market Economy.” Relevant comrades such as National Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Machinery and Electricity, Ministry of Metallurgy, Ministry of Light Industry, Ministry of Textiles, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ship Corporation, China National Automotive Corporation and Beijing Municipal Planning Commission attended the seminar. A summary of the speeches made by some comrades is now published with a view to promoting an in-depth study of this issue.
