目的观察莲房原花青素对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法Wistar大鼠随机分成4组,喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,各组按规定预防给药,4周后测总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、全血黏度等血脂和血液流变学各项指标水平。结果莲房原花青素能有效改善血液流变学多项指标,但对血脂水平无显著性影响。结论莲房原花青素能有效改善高脂血症大鼠的血液流变学异常。
Objective To observe the effect of lotus seed procyanidins on blood lipids and hemorheology in hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed high-fat diet to establish a hyperlipidemia model. Each group was prescribed to prevent drug administration. After 4 weeks, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein, and high-density lipoprotein were measured. Blood viscosity and other indicators of blood lipids and blood rheology. Results The proanthocyanidins of lotus seedlings could effectively improve many indexes of hemorheology, but had no significant effect on blood lipid levels. Conclusion The lotus seed procyanidins can effectively improve the abnormal blood rheology in rats with hyperlipidemia.
