目的:观察火器-冻复合伤后早期血液心肌酶组合变化。方法:将30只日本大耳白兔随机分为:A组火器-冻,B组冻-火器,C组火器,D组冻伤,E组对照。构建各组模型后75 min采血测CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、ALT、α-HBDH。结果:与E组相比,A、B组的CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、ALT、α-HBDH显著升高,C组的CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、α-HBDH显著升高,D组无显著性差异。A组与B组,A、B组分别与C、D组相比:CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、ALT、α-HBDH显著升高。C组与D组相比:CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、α-HBDH显著升高。结论:与单一伤相比,兔火器-冻复合伤后早期血清心肌酶明显升高,组织损伤更严重。
Objective: To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes in the early stage after firearm-frozen combined injury. Methods: Thirty Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into group A firearm-frozen, group B frozen-firearm, group C firearm, group D frostbite, and group E control. Blood samples were collected for the determination of CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST, ALT and α-HBDH at 75 min after the establishment of each model. Results: Compared with E group, the CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST, ALT and α-HBDH in group A and B were significantly increased High, D group no significant difference. Compared with group C and group D, the levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST, ALT and α-HBDH in group A and group B, group A and group B were significantly increased. Compared with group D, the levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST and α-HBDH in group C were significantly increased. CONCLUSION: Compared with single injury, serum myocardial enzymes are significantly increased and tissue damage is more serious in rabbits after firearm-frozen combined injury.
