目的了解邢台市介入放射工作人员X射线受照剂量的情况,以保护介入放射工作者的身体健康,为规范管理介入放射工作,制订相应的防护管理措施提供依据。方法采用热释光计(TLD)的方法,测定介入放射操作者的受照剂量。结果通过对11家医院,13台X射线机的检测结果表明,介入放射操作人员73名以左手和胸部受照剂量最高,平均分别为108、94μGy/h。全年个人受照剂量94.5%的人小于国家剂量限值(20 mSv/a)。结论介入放射工作人员由于放射介入手术不同,所以全身各部位均有可能受到X射线的照射,应提高操作技术水平和加强个人防护。
Objective To understand the dose of X-ray exposure of radiation workers in Xingtai City in order to protect the health of interventional radiologists and provide the basis for standardizing the management of interventional radiological work and formulating the corresponding protective management measures. Methods TLD method was used to determine the exposure dose of interventional radiosurgery. Results The test results of 11 X-ray machines in 11 hospitals and 13 X-ray machines showed that the interventional radiosurgery staff had the highest dose of left-handed and chest-receiving doses of 73, with an average of 108 and 94 μGy / h, respectively. Individuals receiving 94.5% of the individual dose for the year were less than the national dose limit (20 mSv / a). Conclusion Interventional radiation workers due to radiation interventional surgery different, so all parts of the body are likely to be X-ray irradiation, should improve the level of operational skills and enhance personal protection.
