德国德玛格公司产TC2600型桁架式500 t起重机在进行双滑轮作业工况时,2个卷扬机应同时工作,共同提升或落下吊钩及载荷。当2个卷扬机的速度不相等时,吊钩滑轮组将偏斜工作,若钢丝绳与滑轮槽的偏角α(也称为偏绳角)超过允许值时,将导致滑轮损坏,加速钢丝绳磨损及跳槽。此时双钩作业同步显示器指针会指出吊钩平衡梁的偏斜方向。一、工作原理
