对苯二甲酸协同Bi2O3/Co3O4光催化降解甲基橙的研究

以Bi2O3,Co(NO3)2作为前驱体,采取浸渍法制备了不同Co3O4含量的Co3O4/Bi2O3复合半导体光催化剂。利用红外光谱、固相荧光等对催化剂结构进行了表征。并且对催化剂的光催化性能进行了测试及表征。以甲基橙为光催化反应的模型化合物,考察了Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂的紫外及可见光催化活性,考察了清除剂对催化剂紫外及可见光催化活性的影响;以对苯二甲酸为探针分子,结合化学荧光技术研究了Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂表面羟基自由基的生成;利用荧光光谱对催化剂进行了光致发光性能分析。实验结果表明:本实验制备的Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂,成功扩展了Co3O4的光响应范围,使其具有相当的可见光催化活性。在Co3O4/Bi2O3复合光催化剂系列中,以m(Co3O4)/m(Bi2O3)=0.016型复合光催化剂的可见光活性为最高。 Co3O4 / Bi2O3 composite semiconductor photocatalysts with different contents of Co3O4 were prepared by impregnation method using Bi2O3 and Co (NO3) 2 as precursors. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and solid-state fluorescence. The photocatalytic performance of the catalyst was tested and characterized. The photocatalytic activity of Co3O4 / Bi2O3 composite photocatalysts was investigated with methyl orange as a photocatalyst. The effects of scavengers on the photocatalytic activities of UV and visible light were investigated. , The formation of hydroxyl radicals on the surface of Co3O4 / Bi2O3 composite photocatalysts was studied by chemical fluorescence spectroscopy. The photoluminescence properties of the catalysts were analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the Co3O4 / Bi2O3 composite photocatalyst prepared in this experiment has successfully extended the light response range of Co3O4 and made it have considerable visible light catalytic activity. In the Co3O4 / Bi2O3 composite photocatalyst series, the visible light activity of the composite photocatalyst m (Co3O4) / m (Bi2O3) = 0.016 is the highest.
