在经济全球化的浪潮下,能否熟练地掌握一门或两门外语已经成为了衡量人才的重要标尺。高校的外语教师在对学生的外语教育上所起到的作用不言而喻,同时高校图书馆的外文文献资源在培养大学生外语能力上也同样扮演着重要的角色。但多年以来的实际状况表明,高校图书馆的外文文献的利用率并不是很高。本文从外文文献的现状,外文文献利用的必要性,及提高外文文献资源的利用率的策略等方面入手,进行叙述和探析,认为在当前的教育形势和社会就业形势下,更应当加强高校图书馆外文文献资源的建设,以更好地促进高校师生素质能力的提高。 Under the tide of economic globalization, the ability to master one or two foreign languages ​​proficiency has become an important measure of talent.
