控制论、计算机仿真和设定控制均首先在轧钢中应用 ,并推广到其它工业部门。最优控制理论在工业上的应用也首先选连轧机 ,由于无工艺过程状态方程而未取得成功。解析方法建立了张力、厚度、板形状态方程 ,将会实现连轧生产过程的最优控制。工艺过程状态方程是工艺控制论的基础 ,分层递阶智能控制、模型参数优化和计算机仿真试验等构成工艺控制论的内容。形式特征是信息网络 ,讨论了传统工业现代化的技术方法
Cybernetics, computer simulation and set-up control are all first applied in rolling, and extended to other industrial sectors. The optimal control theory in industrial applications is also the first choice of continuous rolling mill, because of no process equation of state without success. Analytical method to establish the tension, thickness, plate state equation, will achieve the optimal control of continuous rolling production process.
