激光除锈是一种利用激光去除金属锈蚀物的新颖去锈方法,激光除锈过程的实时监测系统是检测激光除锈效果的关键技术。采用价格便宜的光电二极管探测器件,检测除锈过程中激光诱导等离子体的光强信号,并利用示波器将其转换为电压信号。根据不同激光能量辐照时峰值电压的变化可确定清洗阈值,根据同一点多次辐照的峰值电压变化可判断锈蚀层是否清除干净。这种检测方法快速有效、操作简单且成本低,为分析和控制激光除锈工艺提供了依据。
Laser descaling is a novel descaling method using laser to remove metal rust. The real-time monitoring system of laser descaling is the key technology to detect laser descaling effect. Using cheaper photodiode detection device, the process of rust detection laser-induced plasma light intensity signal, and use of the oscilloscope to convert it to a voltage signal. The cleaning threshold can be determined according to the change of peak voltage when different laser energy is irradiated. According to the change of the peak voltage of multiple irradiation at the same point, the rust layer can be judged to be clean. This detection method is fast and effective, simple and low cost, providing the basis for the analysis and control of the laser descaling process.
