自2000年起,建设部发布了一系列建筑节能政策、规定及节能设计规范,要求在建筑领域大力发展节能型建筑,推广和普及先进技术和实用技术实现节能、节地、节材和环保的目的。本文阐述了节能技术在我国住宅中应用的现实意义,列举了目前国内外建筑节能采用的技术,提出节能技术控制点,展望了建筑节能技术的广阔前景。
Since 2000, the Ministry of Construction has promulgated a series of building energy conservation policies, regulations and energy-saving design codes, requiring the development of energy-efficient buildings in the field of construction, promotion and popularization of advanced technologies and practical technologies to achieve energy saving, land saving, material saving and environmental protection purpose. This article expounds the practical significance of energy-saving technology in China’s residential applications, lists the current technologies used in building energy conservation at home and abroad, puts forward the control points of energy-saving technologies, and prospects the broad prospects of building energy-saving technologies.
