利用抗、感锈病花生品种为亲本配制杂交组合远杂9102×ICGV 86699,以其F2分离群体为研究材料,利用BSA法和AFLP技术,获得了与锈病抗性连锁的2个分子标记,与抗性基因间的遗传距离分别为10.90cM和7.86cM。利用获得的分子标记对其F3进行了验证,分子标记与抗性鉴定结果具有较高的一致性。
The resistant and susceptible peanut cultivars were used as parents to hybridize Yuanyao 9102 × ICGV 86699 with F2 segregation population as experimental material. Two molecular markers linked with rust resistance were obtained by BSA and AFLP techniques. The genetic distances between sex genes were 10.90cM and 7.86cM, respectively. The obtained F3 was verified by molecular markers, and the results of molecular markers and resistance were highly consistent.
