针对现在定义的飞机结构件加工特征与加工操作不一一对应导致的特征排序存在大量空走刀问题,将加工特征分解为与加工操作一一对应的元特征。基于加工规则和最小耗费分支定界算法对元特征进行排序,实现刀具非切削行程最短。
Aiming at the problem that there is a large number of empty cutting-offs in the feature ordering caused by the non-uniform correspondence between the processing features and the processing features of the aircraft structural members defined at present, the processing features are decomposed into the one-to-one correspondence with the processing operations. Meta-features are ordered based on the machining rules and the least cost branch-and-bound algorithm to achieve the shortest tool non-cutting stroke.
