自第三次科学技术革命以来,人们之间交流通信依靠光波通信越来越频繁,但目前已经远远不能满足人们对通信的需求,通信技术已经不能满足社会发展的需求,经济社会的发展已经沦为信息技术战争,对通信技术资源依赖性更加强烈。对通信技术的研究从地面大气传输领域上升到空间领域,因此卫星激光通信技术已经逐步成为空间通信传递与数字传播的新型技术。然而作为新技术,卫星激光通信仍然处于初级发展阶段,在实践适用仍然存在较多的困难,未能实现广泛运用,这为今后各国科技研究工作提出更多的挑战。 Since the Third Scientific and Technological Revolution, people rely on lightwave communication to communicate more and more frequently.
