测定材料的条件屈服强度σ_(0.2)通常采用两种方法:一种是反复加荷卸荷测残余变形法,此法虽较精确,但较费时费事。另一种是图解法,此法虽较简便,但因一般拉力试验机自动绘图机构测得的变形并非是特定标距内的变形,而是两夹头间的相对位移,且放大倍数较小,图解误差大,因而精确度不高。本文介绍一种用电测图解法测σ_(0.2)的装置,其方法简便,又有一定的精确度。
