目的 :为了探讨急性视网膜坏死 (acute retinal necrosis,ARN)的有效疗法。方法 :对 6例 (8只眼 ) ARN患者采用丹参、无环鸟苷 (acyclovir,ACV)联合治疗。结果 :随访 6～ 18个月 ,7只眼视力有不同程度提高 ,视力提高达 88.8%。结论 :丹参、ACV联合应用是治疗 ARN的一种有效方法 Objective: To investigate the effective treatment of acute retinal necrosis (ARN). Methods: Six patients (8 eyes) with ARN were treated with combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and acyclovir (ACV). Results: The follow-up ranged from 6 to 18 months. The visual acuity increased in 7 eyes and the visual acuity increased by 88.8%. Conclusion: The combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ACV is an effective way to treat ARN
