目的观察ICG监测法指导下高血压心功能Ⅰ级患者的治疗疗效。方法应用无创血流动力学检测仪测定45例高龄老年心功能不全患者的各项指标,随机分为经验组22例和IGG组23例,ICG组根据检测结果进行ICG治疗,经验组根据医师的经验选择药物治疗3月,再次检测所有指标。观察2组患者治疗前、后的各项指标,并进行分析。结果经验组治疗后SSVR、ISI、SBP与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ICG组治疗后CO、SV、SSVR、EPCI、ISI、SBP、DBP与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且ICG组治疗后CO、SV、SSVR、EPCI、ISI、SBP与经验组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创血流动力学监测系统可以用来检测心功能Ⅰ级,且ICG治疗法有很好的疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of class Ⅰ patients with hypertension under the guidance of ICG monitoring. Methods The noninvasive hemodynamics detector was used to measure the indexes of 45 elderly patients with senile heart failure. They were randomly divided into experience group (n = 22) and IGG group (n = 23). The ICG group was treated with ICG according to the test results. Experience selecting medication for March, again testing all the indicators. The two groups of patients before and after treatment of the indicators, and analysis. Results The difference of SSVR, ISI and SBP between the experimental group and the pre-treatment group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The differences of CO, SV, SSVR, EPCI, ISI, SBP and DBP after treatment in the ICG group were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the differences of CO, SV, SSVR, EPCI, ISI and SBP between the two groups in ICG group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring system can be used to detect cardiac function level Ⅰ, and ICG therapy has a good effect.
