对江苏省收集的254个禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)菌株进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,测定酯酶同工酶。结果表明:1.供试菌株的酶谱可以分为5个类型。类型Ⅰ具有E_(11)、E_7、E_6、E_5、E_4五条主酶带,占总菌株数的49.61%,类型Ⅱ比类型Ⅰ少酶带E_5,占28.74%;类型Ⅲ少E_4或E_6;类型Ⅳ少E_4和E_5或E_5和E_7;类型Ⅴ少E_(11)。2.菌株主酶带的多少和颜色的深浅,特别是主酶带E_5的有无与致病力的强弱有关。3.根据各地酶谱类型的分布,对照1978~1982年江苏麦类禾谷镰刀菌致病性鉴定的结果分析,可以看出,我省各地禾谷镰刀菌系致病力的强弱与酯酶同工酶主酶带的不同有关。
254 strains of Fusarium graminearum Schw. Collected in Jiangsu Province were subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to determine esterase isoenzyme. The results showed that: 1. The strains of the enzyme can be divided into five types. TypeⅠhas five major enzyme bands of E_ (11), E_7, E_6, E_5 and E_4, accounting for 49.61% of the total number of strains. TypeⅡhas less E_5, accounting for 28.74% than typeⅠ, less type E_4 or E_6, Ⅳ less E_4 and E_5 or E_5 and E_7; type Ⅴ less E_ (11). The number of strains with the main strain and the color of the color depth, especially the main enzyme with or without E_5 and the strength of the pathogenicity. According to the distribution of zymogram types around, the control analysis of the pathogenicity of Fusarium graminearum in Jiangsu wheat from 1978 to 1982, we can see that the pathogenicity of Fusarium graminearum strains and the ester Enzyme isoenzymes with different major enzyme band.
