生殖器疱疹(GH)是由单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染泌尿生殖器及肛门部位皮肤粘膜而引起的一种复发性疾病,可呈慢性复发过程,尚无彻底治愈的方法。近年来认识到机体HSV感染的免疫反应将影响机体是否得病、感染的严重性、潜伏感染的维持和发展以及疾病复发的频率。2001年10月至2002年11月,我们采用抗病毒,免疫增强剂加激光治疗男性生殖器疱疹患者,共48例,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下。 Genital herpes (GH) is a recurrent disease caused by herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection of the genitourinary and anal mucocutaneous mucosa, which may be a chronic recurrent process and there is no complete cure. In recent years, it has been recognized that the immune response of HSV infection will affect whether the organism gets sick, the severity of infection, the maintenance and development of latent infection and the frequency of disease recurrence.
