电流效率是鋁电解生产过程进行得好坏的一个重要标志。但是,到目前为止,还沒有一种可以瞬时或短时間地测量电流效率的方法。目前在生产中,用出鋁量判定电流效率,需要很长时間才能准确。一般所求得的是一个月或几个月的平均电流效率。已經研究成功一种根据阳极气体分析所制定的自动测量电流效率的仪器。利用这种仪器可以判断某些不稳定因素的影响及其间的关系。
Current efficiency is an important indicator of whether the production process of aluminum electrolysis is good or bad. However, so far, there is no method that can measure the current efficiency instantaneously or for a short time. Currently in production, the amount of aluminum used to determine the current efficiency, takes a long time to be accurate. The average is obtained for a month or months, the average current efficiency. An instrument has been investigated that automatically measures current efficiency based on anodic gas analysis. The use of such instruments can determine the effects of some uncertainties and the relationship between them.
