本文应用酶组织化学技术和病理组织学技术对抗生素230杀钉螺的机理进行了初步探讨,发现抗生素230能使钉螺呼吸系统脱氢酶,尤其是钉螺腮SDH酶活性明显抑制,病理组织学动态观察发现钉螺腮组织最先出现病理变化,以后随时间延长,病变不断加重。由此推测抗生素230杀钉螺的作用可能是通过抑制钉螺呼吸系统脱氢酶活性,损害其细胞呼吸,影响其体内三羧酸循环,致ATP形成和利用障碍,最终出现能源枯竭而死亡。
In this paper, enzymatic histochemistry and histopathology were used to investigate the mechanism of antibiotic 230 snail killing.
