<正>无筋豆也称菜豆,又名四季豆、芸豆、玉豆,因商品嫩豆荚柔嫩、无筋、无革质膜而得名。无筋豆生长发育对环境条件要求比较严格,属喜温蔬菜,怕严寒酷暑。适宜生长温度为20℃左右,开花结荚适宜温度为20-25℃,在35℃高温干旱条件下,落花落荚严重,荚短小或呈畸形,品质变劣。无筋豆的营养价值是非常丰富的,常吃无筋豆对人体是非常有好处的。在夏天可以多吃一些无筋豆可以有效消暑,因为无筋豆中含有丰富的维生素B、和维生素C和植物蛋白质,能
