结直肠癌筛查可以有效降低人群的发病率和死亡率,实现早诊早治,从而改善患者的预后.目前,各国主要采用以粪便潜血试验结合肠镜检查为代表的序贯筛查方法,但这两种方法存在一定的局限.伴随着大数据挖掘技术在肿瘤筛查领域的应用,近年涌现出许多新的结直肠癌筛查预测模型、筛查技术和潜在标志物,有望提升结直肠癌的筛查准确性并降低筛查成本.本文综述了近年结直肠癌筛查领域的研究进展及应用情况.“,”Colorectal cancer (CRC) screening could effectively reduce the incidence and mortality, achieve early diag-nosis and treatment, and improve the prognosis of patients. Currently, many countries mainly apply a sequential screening strategy represented by fecal occult blood test in combination with colonoscopy. However, these two methods have inherent limitations in clinical application. With the development of data mining technology in the field of cancer screening, several new CRC risk prediction models, screening techniques and potential biomarkers have emerged in recent years, which would further improve the accuracy of CRC screening and reduce cost. This article reviews the research progress and application re-lated to CRC screening in recent years.
