某些精子或睾丸抗原的自身免疫原性早为人们所熟知。已有人从豚鼠睾丸分离了三种自身抗原(ASPM,TAASM 和 PM)。抗精子抗体能够在生殖道引起精子凝集和不能运动,因而可以影响精子的受精能力。某些未能解释的不育症可能与体内存在抗精子抗体有关。为了进一步了解精子自身抗原的分子特性和内在自身免疫原性,作者通过杂交瘤(hybridoma)技术产生了抗兔精子自身抗原的单克隆抗体而予以研究。
The autoimmunogenicity of some sperm or testis antigens is well known. Three autoantigens have been isolated from guinea pig testicles (ASPM, TAASM and PM). Anti-sperm antibodies can cause sperm agglutination in the genital tract and can not exercise, which can affect sperm fertilization ability. Some unexplained infertility may be related to the presence of anti-sperm antibodies in the body. To further understand the molecular properties of sperm autoantigens and their intrinsic autoimmune properties, the authors investigated the production of monoclonal antibodies against rabbit sperm autoantigens by hybridoma techniques.
