作为一个与时代共同存亡的行业,广播电视行业在新形势下面临着极大的挑战。同时,它作为一个技术密集型产业,为了满足现代人们日益增长的需求,相应的技术要求也势必会越来越高,从而对广播电视工程的技术人员提出了新的要求。本文围绕现阶段我国广播电视工程技术人才培养面临的挑战、如何实施广播电视工程技术人员的培养与创新工作两个方面展开讨论,对广播电视工程技术人才的培养及创新进行了分析,并提出了一些笔者自己的见解,希望能够对今后广播电视工程技术的人才培养工作提供一些理论建议。
