经营管理模式是企业内部,为了使企业的生产、营业、财务等各项业务,能够按照既定经营目的流畅执行、有效调整而形成的管理方法。随着我国经济迅猛发展,虽然公司的经营管理逐渐步入正轨,但还是存在着没有明确的战略目标、法人结构和岗位职责不够明确、商业模式创新能力较差以及缺乏科学的人力资源管理等常见问题,因此文章从上述问题入手进行分析,并以此提出现代企业经营管理模式规范化的路径。
