目的从总体上把握基层带兵干部的人格特征。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF),对某部46名带兵干部作了测量,并用SPSS软件对数据进行处理。结果基层带兵干部人格特征表现为乐观自信,随和,外向,热情,易于相处,善于处理各种问题,思维敏捷,注重现实,有主见,有敢作敢为精神等优点,但紧张性高,创造性不突出等。结论基层带兵干部的人格特征总体表现良好,这为设计简洁具体的心理测评项目提供了理论依据,以及为基层带兵干部的选拔、心理培训和评估提供了参考基础。
Objective To grasp the overall personality traits of cadres at the grassroots level. Methods Using 16 kinds of personality factors test of cartel (16PF), 46 cadres in a department were measured and the data were processed by SPSS software. Results The personality characteristics of the cadres at the grassroots level were characterized by their optimism, self-esteem, extroverted enthusiasm, easy-going attitude, good at dealing with various problems, quick thinking, stressing reality, assertiveness and courage. However, Creativity is not outstanding. Conclusion The overall performance of the cadres at the grassroots level is good. This provides a theoretical basis for the design of simple and specific psychological evaluation projects and provides a reference basis for the selection, psychological training and assessment of cadres at the grassroots level.
