在入炉矿石中混装焦丁的生产实践

马钢二铁厂3号高炉(有效容积294m~3),自1985年6月至今所进行的矿石与焦丁混装入炉的生产实践,证明它对改善料柱透气性,提高煤气利用、降低焦比有积极意义。1985年9月这种混装焦丁的操作方法又扩大应用到2号高炉(294m~3)和1号高炉(255m~3),均取得满意效果。截至1986年3月底止,全厂共加入焦丁6025t(折合干焦丁4957t)。矿石与焦丁混装已成为二铁厂高炉的正常操作方法,是1986年降低焦比、增加经济效益的措施之一。 The No.3 blast furnace (effective volume 294m ~ 3) of No.2 Iron Masteel of Masteel Co., Ltd has been put into operation since June 1985. The production practice of mixing ore and coke into the furnace proves that it is effective in improving gas permeability of column and increasing gas utilization, Lower coke ratio has a positive meaning. In September 1985, this mixed coke operation method was expanded and applied to No.2 blast furnace (294m ~ 3) and No.1 blast furnace (255m ~ 3), all of which achieved satisfactory results. As of the end of March 1986, the whole plant joined Jiao Ding 6025t (equivalent to dry coke Ding 4957t). Ore mixed with coke Ding has become the normal operation of the second ironworks blast furnace is 1986 to reduce coke ratio, increase economic efficiency measures.
