目的了解集贸市场蜚蠊侵害情况、种群分布及德国小蠊的抗药性,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法采用目测法调查蜚蠊侵害情况,用粘蟑板测定其密度,用药膜接触法测定抗药性,采用敏感和低抗的药物进行综合防制。结果集贸市场蜚蠊侵害率为86.67%,密度为4.19只/(张.夜);德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、毒死蜱、敌敌畏、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯、甲基吡口恶磷9种杀虫剂的抗药性分别为2.65、3.82、1.77、3.51、11.19、5.21、6.51、12.00和2.11倍;用敏感和低抗药物进行防制,杀灭率达96.19%。结论武汉市集贸市场蜚蠊侵害率较高,德国小蠊为优势种,对敌敌畏、胺菊酯已产生高抗性;应采取环境治理及化学药物杀灭等综合防制措施,将蜚蠊密度控制在不足为害水平。
Objective To understand the cockroach infestation, population distribution and the resistance of Blattella germanica in the bazaars and provide evidence for the development of control strategies. Methods The invasion of cockroaches was investigated by visual inspection, the density was determined by sticky cockroach plate, the drug resistance was measured by membrane contact method, and the comprehensive control was made by the sensitive and low resistant drugs. The results showed that the invasion rate of cockroach at the market was 86.67% and the density was 4.19 / (Zhang.Night).
