人才素质模型作为新型的人才测评技术和分析工具,在企业人才引进、培训、培养中的作用日益凸显。因地制宜,开发和构建多纬度人才素质模型是大势所趋,迫在眉睫。本文针对素质模型的特点和建模方法,就中石油海外油气业务人才素质模型构建进行了总结回顾,并试图拓展和延伸素质模型的内涵和应用价值。
Talent quality model as a new talent assessment techniques and analysis tools, talent introduction, training and training of enterprises has become increasingly prominent role. According to local conditions, developing and building multi-latitude talent quality model is the trend of the times and is imminent. In this paper, according to the characteristics and modeling methods of the quality model, this paper reviews the construction of the quality model of CNPC’s overseas oil and gas businesses and tries to expand and extend the connotation and application value of the quality model.
