2013年年底,工信部向国内三大运营商发放了4G牌照,中国的电信产业正式步入了4G时代。对于国内运营商而言,对内如何找到适合自身企业的4G发展路线,为客户提供更优质的服务体验,推进业务模式、商业模式和盈利模式创新,在实现流量增长的同时维持收入和盈利的双提升;对外如何应对OTT企业和业务的冲击,与产业链各方共同推动国内4G产业健康发展,是目前需要重点考虑的问题。
At the end of 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a 4G license to the three major domestic carriers and the telecommunications industry in China officially entered the 4G era.
