目的 测定分析中国新疆塔里木马鹿茸、东北马鹿茸和东北梅花鹿茸不同部位中无机元素含量。方法 采用原子吸收光谱法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法。结果 从所测鹿茸各部位均检测出26种无机元素。其中包括5种人体必需的常量元素Ca、P、Na、Mg、K和11种人体必需的微量元素Fe、Cr、Cu、Sr、Ni、Zn、Mo、Co、Mn、V、Sn。结论 各鹿茸不同部位的无机元素种类相同,同一元素在同一鹿茸不同部位的含量有一定差异;同一元素在不同鹿茸相同部位中的含量也有差异。
Objective To determine and analyze the content of inorganic elements in different parts of velvet antler of Northeast China, Tarim pilose antler and Northeast pilose antler. Methods Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry were used. Results 26 inorganic elements were detected from all parts of the tested antler. Including five kinds of human essential elements Ca, P, Na, Mg, K and 11 kinds of essential trace elements Fe, Cr, Cu, Sr, Ni, Zn, Mo, Co, Mn, V, Sn. Conclusion The inorganic elements in different parts of pilose antler are of the same type, and the content of the same element in different parts of the same velvet antler is different. The content of the same element in different antler velvet parts is also different.
