目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸对微血管病变是否有影响。方法选择2型糖尿病患者和正常对照组各100例采集禁食12h静脉血,进行实验室检测,并用统计软件进行分析。结果2型糖尿病患者(100例)血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平高于正常对照组(100例),P<0.05。有微血管并发症(DMAP)组62例,血浆同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于无微血管并发症(NDC)组38例(P<0.05)。结论检测血浆HCY对判断2型糖尿病患者微血管并发症的发生、发展有较大的帮助。
Objective To investigate whether serum homocysteine in type 2 diabetes affects microvascular disease. Methods A total of 100 fasting 12h venous blood samples were collected from patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal controls, and laboratory tests were performed and analyzed with statistical software. Results The level of plasma homocysteine (HCY) in type 2 diabetic patients (100 cases) was higher than that in normal controls (100 cases) (P <0.05). There were 62 cases of microvascular complications (DMAP) group, plasma homocysteine levels were significantly higher than the group without microvascular complications (NDC) 38 cases (P <0.05). Conclusions The detection of plasma HCY is of great help in judging the occurrence and development of microvascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients.
