随着我国经济的发展,我国的各项事业都有了突飞猛进的发展。房地产业作为我国的重要产业,其正在不断壮大。如今,房地产业已经成为了我国的重要支柱产业。虽然房地产业给我国带来了巨大的经济利益和社会利益,但是也带来了很多的负面影响,权属登记管理制度的缺失表现得尤为突出,给我国的房地产业的发展以及所有权人的合法利益带来了极大的挑战。本文就这些现状进行讨论,并提出几点合理化建议。
With the development of our economy, all our undertakings have enjoyed rapid development. As an important industry in China, the real estate industry is growing. Today, the real estate industry has become an important pillar industry in our country. Although the real estate industry has brought tremendous economic and social benefits to our country, it also brings a lot of negative effects. The lack of tenure registration management system is particularly outstanding, giving the development of real estate in our country and the legal ownership of the owner Interest has brought great challenges. This article discusses the status quo, and put forward some suggestions for rationalization.
