本文对惯导用大型精密旋转设备的静、动平衡原理进行了全面分析,针对平衡目的是为了减小对主轴回转精度的影响而提出了相应的测量原理,并对整机系统进行了静平衡系统设计和双校正面的动平衡系统设计,其结论对指导各类惯导用精密旋转设备的总体结构设计和主轴控制系统设计具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, the principle of static and dynamic balance of large precision rotating equipment used in INS is analyzed comprehensively. The purpose of balance is to reduce the influence on the precision of spindle rotation, and the corresponding measuring principle is put forward, and the whole system is statically balanced The system design and the system design of dynamic balancing system with double correction surface are of guiding significance for guiding the overall structural design and spindle control system design of all kinds of precision rotating equipment used in inertial navigation.
