检察机关的制度规范化指的是对检察机关的各种工作制度进行规范化管理。检察机关制度规范化建设的操作方法是实现制度的体系化,理论分析方法是结构-功能主义。在结构-功能主义视角下,加强检察机关制度规范化的基本路径是:将检察机关的制度,从纵向上按照其功能的不同整合为不同的制度体系,再通过具有横向整合功能的制度,使各制度体系进一步整合成完整的有机整体,最终实现制度规范化建设的目标。
