螺旋藻是一种高蛋白生物资源。研究结果表明,在我国开发利用螺旋藻这项生物技术具有很大的可行性。但是,培养液中碳源的供给是直接影响藻体光合效率的主要因素之一。据国外研究结果,培养液中NaHCO_3的浓度对螺旋藻干物质的累积速率呈如下顺序:18.0>9.0>4.5(克/升)。在螺旋藻的培养液中,NaHCQ_3的浓度以4.5克/升的经济效益为最高。 现将培养液中NaHCO_3浓度对钝顶螺旋藻净光合速率的试验结果简报如下。 材料与方法 取中科院武汉水生所提供的钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina Platensis)少许,散于含2%
