提出了一种以STD总线为基础的自定义总线大规模(总测量点达6×256个)分布式温度测量系统,系统采用主从两级分布式结构,主机系统硬件强调了双机冷备份的冗余设计方案,从机系统硬件则突出了温度数据采集站的自定义总线功能模板结构和矩阵式采样网络.最后对系统的测温误差进行了分析,给出了系统的精度.系统运行测试结果表明,该系统具备完善的使用功能和高可靠性,能够很好地完成大规模在线检测任务.
A large-scale distributed temperature measurement system based on STD bus (6 × 256 total measurement points) is proposed. The system adopts master-slave distributed architecture. The hardware of the host system emphasizes dual-computer cold backup Of the redundant design, the slave system hardware is highlighted the temperature data acquisition station custom bus function template structure and matrix sampling network. Finally, the temperature error of the system is analyzed, and the precision of the system is given.
