采用2195铝锂合金作为母材金属,铜粉作为标识材料,将铜粉夹在工件结合面处,用铜被搅拌后留下的轨迹来模拟搅拌摩擦焊的塑性流线。通过对焊后试件各不同界面上铜颗粒的形态及流向的分析,得出结论:在搅拌头前部,材料从前进侧流向后退侧,前进侧受挤,后退侧受剪;在搅拌头后部,材料从后退侧流向前进侧,后退侧受挤,前进侧受剪;同时还发现了铜颗粒聚集在试件的中间层,本文对此现象进行了分析。
2195 Al-Li alloy was used as the base metal, copper powder was used as the marker material, and the copper powder was clamped on the workpiece bonding surface. The locus left by the copper was stirred to simulate the plastic flow line of friction stir welding. Through the analysis of the morphology and flow direction of the copper particles on the different interfaces of the welded specimens, it is concluded that: in the front part of the stirring head, the material flows from the forward side to the backward side, the forward side is squeezed and the backward side is sheared; In the rear part, the material flowed from the backward side to the forward side, the backward side was crowded and the forward side was sheared. At the same time, copper particles were found to be gathered in the middle layer of the test piece. The phenomenon was analyzed in this paper.
